After lunch we went back to the tables and finished our evening. The bartenders were very friendly and engaging. We sat the bar and I had a Caesar salad and the risotto. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and the food was fantastic. By lunch time I was on a losing streak and decided to take a break. All of the dealers and pit bosses were very friendly and did not hesitate to make conversation which always makes things much better even if you aren't winning. Needless to say the pace was much slower than I am used to, but we understood completely and it didn't detract from our enjoyment. Since the casino had just recently went to live cards, most of the dealers showed signs of being uncomfortable.
We started the day at the blackjack table and noticed immediately the nervousness of the dealers. Watching college football while playing was the best combination. The setup of the blackjack tables was very good as they had flat screen tv's setup behind the dealers. The craps, Let it Ride and 3 card poker tables were $10 minimums.
The blackjack table minimums started at $15 but I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with it being a holiday weekend. It was very busy being a holiday weekend. First of all I don't play slot machines so I can't comment on the tightness of the machines but honestly if you're going with the expectation to win then you don't need to be going in the first place.
